Relax – you’re in the right place
Everything you need to know before your first naturist holiday at BHH – simple, relaxed and completely pressure-free.
NEW TO NATURISM?
If you’re thinking about your first naturist holiday, you probably have questions — including a few you may feel slightly embarrassed to ask.
I’ve created The Beginner’s Guide to Your Naturist Holiday to make that first step much easier.
It covers what to expect, naturist etiquette, body confidence, what happens when you arrive, and the practical questions first-time naturists ask me most often.
Free to download — no judgement, no pressure, just straightforward advice from someone who has been welcoming first-time naturists for years.
If it’s your first time considering a naturist holiday, you’re not alone – many of our guests arrive feeling exactly the same.
At BHH, everything is relaxed, friendly and completely pressure-free. There’s no expectation, no judgement – just a welcoming space where you can take things at your own pace.
Most people arrive a little unsure … and leave wondering why they didn’t try it sooner.
There is never any pressure at BHH. Some guests are comfortable immediately, while others take a little longer to relax – and both are completely normal. Naturism is simply about relaxing comfortably and enjoying your holiday without pressure or expectations.
Not at all.
Naturism is about comfort and freedom – not pressure. Most guests are naturally nude around the pool and sunbathing areas, but you’re free to take your time.
You can ease into it at your own pace, and no one will make you feel uncomfortable.
Absolutely.
We welcome couples, solo travellers and many first-time naturists every year. Because BHH is small and friendly, it’s very easy to settle in – even if you arrive on your own.
Many guests arrive as strangers and leave as friends.
No. Naturism is a non-sexual lifestyle centred around comfort, relaxation and enjoying everyday activities without clothing. BHH is a respectful, adults-only holiday resort and guests are expected to behave appropriately at all times.
It’s very straightforward.
- Sit on a towel for hygiene.
- Respect personal space.
- Ask before taking photos.
- Be friendly, but not intrusive.
That’s really all there is to it – most of it is just common sense.
That’s completely normal.
Most guests feel a little unsure before they arrive – and even on their first day. But it passes very quickly once you realise how relaxed and welcoming everything is.
There’s no pressure at all – you can take everything at your own pace.
One of the things many first-time guests notice is how little emphasis naturists place on appearance. People come in all shapes, sizes and ages, and most guests quickly realise nobody is judging them.
It’s not about how you look – it’s about how you feel.
Yes – absolutely.
BHH is a private, adults-only environment with a strong focus on respect, comfort and safety. Guests are like-minded and understand the nature of the space.
The atmosphere is calm, friendly and very relaxed.
