Accommodation & Pricing
Everything you need to know before booking your stay at BHH Naturist Resort.
Your Stay
Prices are per apartment or eco pod, per night (not per person), based on one or two guests sharing.
From €95 (£80) per night, depending on apartment season and availability.
As a small boutique resort with just six accommodations, availability is naturally limited and popular dates are often booked well in advance.
Minimum stay is usually 5 nights, although shorter stays may occassionally be available depending on dates and availability.
Check-in is available any day of the week between 16:00 and 20:00. Arrivals after 20:00 are only possible with a pre-arranged airport transfer provided by us (£100 each way).
Check-out is 10:00
Self-catering throughout.
A one-off €85 (£75) cleaning and laundry fee applies per stay and includes your pre-arrival clea, fresh bed linen, bath towels and pool towels.
Mid stay cleaning is available for an additional charge.
No hidden extras – just arrive, relax and enjoy.
Booking & Payment
Booking your stay at BHH is simple and secure.
To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is require at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Payments are processed securely online via our booking system.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive full details of your stay, along with a request to complete your guest registration, which is required under Spanish legislation prior to arrive.
We recommend booking early to secure your preferred apartment, as availability is limited throughout the year.

Airport Transfers
We can arrange private transfers from Fuerteventura Airport (FUE) directly to the resort in Costa Calma.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Guest and the Owner of BHH Naturist Resort.
Nature of Agreement
BHH Naturist Resort provides self-catering holiday accommodation only. It does not sell package holidays as defined under:
- UK Package Travel Regulations
- EU Directive (EU) 2015/2302
Guest contract solely for accommodation services.
Guests are considered independent travellers and are responsible for:
- Flights
- Transfers (unless separately arranged)
- Insurance
- Medical cover
- Travel Disruption
Legal Registration Requirement (Spain)
Under Royal Decree 933/2021 all guests must provide passport details prior to arrival via SES Hospedajes (Ministry of the Interior). Failure to complete registration may result in refusal of check-in without refund.
Booking Amendments
Requests to amend or move confirmed booking dates are considered on a case-by-case basis and are always subject to availability. Any agreed change of dates will only be processed once the outstanding balance has been paid in full. New dates are not held or confirmed until full payment has been received.
The Owner reserves the right to cancel bookings where payment term are not met.
All payments confirm acceptance of these Terms.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation charges:
- More than 30 days prior – deposit retained.
- 30-16 days prior – 75% of total booking payable
- 15 days or less – 100% payable
- No-show – 100% payable
There are no exceptions for:
- Illness
- Fight disruption
- Weather events
- Pandemics
- Personal circumstances
- Family emergencies
Guests must rely on their own travel insurance.
No statutory cooling-off period applies to accommodation booked for specific dates under Spanish law.
Force Majeure
If BHH Naturist Resort is prevented from fulfiling a booking due to events beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disaster, pandemic, government restriction, utility failure, structural damage, or safety concerns), liability is limited strictly to a refund of monies paid for unused accommodation.
No liabiity is accepted for:
- Flights
- Alternative accommodation
- Loss of enjoyment
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Adults-Only & Naturist Ethos
Minimum age: 18
Sexual behaviour, public intimacy, explicit conduct or inappropriate attention toward other guests is strictly prohibited.
The Owner reserved the absolute right to terminate any stay immediately without refund where conduct breaches the ethos of the resort.
Right of Refusal & Immediate Termination
The Owner reserves the right to:
- Refuse entry
- Terminate a stay
- Remove a guest from the property
Without refund if behaviour is deemed:
- Sexualised
- Aggressive
- Disruptive
- Discriminatory
- Intimidating
- Illegal
The Owner’s decision is final.
Noise & Local Law Clause
Guests must comply with Spanish local regulations regarding noise and conduct.
Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law:
Guest stay entirely at their own risk.
BHH Naturist Resort shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury
- Death (except where caused by proven negligence)
- Loss, theft or damage to personal property
- Accidents in pool or terraces
- Slips, trips or falls
- Third party actions
All facilities are unguarded.
Guests accept responsibility for their own safety and that of anyone accompanying them.
Insurance Requirement
Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Cancellation
- Medical treatment
- Repatriation
- Travel disruption
- Personal liability
Failure to obtain insurance does not transfer risk to the resort.
Smoking & Property Rules
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
A designated outdoor smoking area is provided.
Lost keys: Eur.150 replacement charge.
Guests are liable for damage caused beyond normal wear and tear.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes fall under Spanish jurisdiction.
CCTV
CCTV operates in exterior communal area for security and property protection in compliance with Spanish data protection laws.
Consumer Rights
Official compaint forms (Hoja de Reclamaciones) are available on request.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Disputes fall under Spanish jurisdiction.
BHH Naturist Resort pays the greatest possible care to the maintenance and thus to the topicality of this website. However, there is a possibility that the information is (no longer) correct or complete.
No rights can be derived from the texts on this website, the advertisements, the freetobook reservation system and other publications with regard to their type and content.
