BHH Naturist Resort is located in Costa Calma, Fuerteventura.  It is a small-scale clothing optional resort with four apartments, and 2 ensuite nests.  Im the legal Owner, and I live on the property with my two therapy dogs Milo & Snoopy.  The reservation and cancellation conditions can be found in the booking conditions.  

The tourist licence is number VV-35-2-0003937.

By completing the reservation, you agree to the general terms and conditions and the reservation conditions. After you make a reservation, you must register your passport information electronically via a link sent to you before you arrive.  SES Hospedajes is a platform developed by the Ministry of Interior through which natural and legal persons may communicate the data required in Royal Decree 933/2021 (consolidated text) and collected through the registration of parts of travelers.

 

Minimum stay is usually 5 nights in the Apartments and usually 3 nights in the Nests.  Discounts will be given for stays of 28 days or more.

 

This is not a package holiday and you should consider yourself an independent traveller for the purposes of insurance.  Please therefore ensure you arrange adequate insurance cover when you pay your deposit, to cover all eventualities prior to departure and for the duration of your holiday.

You can check in from 1600 hrs on the day of arrival.  You must check out before 1000 hrs on the day of departure.  Late checkouts are available for 50 euro.

If you arrive between 2000 hrs and 0700 hrs your apartment can only be booked in combination with an airport transfer.  The driver will then give you the keys.  If you loose the keys during your stay, the replacement cost is 150 euros so please take special care.

 

BHH Naturist Resort is only accessible to adults.  The minimum age for guests is 18.  Children and young people under the age of 18 are not permitted unless you book the entire resort for your group.  In which case, infants and children are very welcome.  Naturism is defined as non sexual social nudity.

 

Adults with mobility or disability issues, please contact BHH Naturist Resort directly before making a reservation.

 

It is important to note that your reservation is not confirmed until the initial deposit (30%) has been received.  Your reservation must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.

 

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, only the deposit will be charged.

If you cancel between 30 and 16 days before arrival, 75% of the total will be charged.

If you cancel between 15 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the entire booking will be charged.

 

An exception to the cancellation conditions is not possible.  We recommend to take out a travel insurance that covers personal illness, natural disasters, transportation strikes etc.

One you have made a reservation there is no (legal) cooling off period and you can no longer cancel or change free of charge because you are making a definitive agreement.

The self catering accommodation is cleaned before you arrive, and when you depart.  No extra toilet rolls are provided during your stay. You can have a pre organised  mid-stay clean on request for 60 euros.

Expect to meet our Therapy Dogs Milo (age 13) and Snoopy (2 years). This is their home too.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments or nests.  Outside, you can only smoke on the terrace where we have a “happy place for smokers”.  
Genital piercings are generally accepted as long as they are not considered for sexual purposes.
Inappropriate behaviour, physical or verbal aggression, offensive or sexual behaviour, sexual acts in public will not be tolerated.  If it is observed, the rental will be mmediately terminated, and the persons concerned must leave BHH.  The Owner decides on this unilaterally.  There will be no refund in this case and the persons will be barred forever from visiting BHH.

Note: in the event that the resort has to cancel your booking for reasons of force majeure, provided that the circumstances are beyond the control of the resort, are unusual or unpredictable and the consequences of which could not be avoided despite the occurrence, we cannot assume any responsibility.

 

We accept no responsibility whatsoever for damage, loss, defect, accident, injury and whatever during your stay at BHH.  Use of the swimming pool and all other unguarded attributes on the property is at the sole risk of the renter and all those accompanying them.  You stay with us entirely at your own risk. confirmation of a reservation under the above conditions implies the acceptance of the preventative safety and hygiene measure that will be carried out in the resort.  These measures can be changed depending on the state regulations.

BHH Naturist Resort pays the greatest possible care to the maintenance and thus to the topicality of this website.  However, there is a possibility that the information is (no longer) correct or complete.

No rights can be derived from the texts on this website, the advertisements, the freetobook reservation system and other publications with regard to their type and content.
